Starts OPC UA local server to allow publishing Data from DataTalk into local OPC UA server

If want to make any changes to security – changing username / password you have to either restart whole DataTalk runtime, or just enable / disable the MQTT broker option which will restart the server and new rules will be applied

OPC UA server runs at port: 4840 – Endpoint opc.tcp://localhost:4840
