The DataTalk OT/IT gateway supports publishing data via MQTT to an external MQTT broker or its built-in broker. It can also subscribe to topics and, based on value changes, trigger writes to connected PLCs.

To start with, specify the IP address of your broker.

You can as well use local broker which you can allow under DataServers section by default it run’s at 127.0.0.1 port 1883

Publish

Then you head to the Tags Database, and in the gateway section, you assign the name of the gateway you created, and that way the system will start publishing data intothe MQTT broker
