Introduction

myACCESS – Secure Remote Access Service

myACCESS is a subscription-based service designed to provide secure remote access to DataTalk devices and their local networks. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis, and the service is divided into two main types:

1. myACCESS Device

This subscription allows a DataTalk-enabled device to securely connect to the cloud and become accessible from anywhere in the world, provided the device has an internet connection.

    • DataTalk OT/IT Gateway
    • Other DataTalk-integrated systems
    • DataTalk AI Alarm & Notify
  • The device connects securely and is encrypted to the myACCESS cloud server.
  • A unique, secure access link is generated, allowing access to the device’s HMI or visualization interface from outside the local network—ideal for monitoring and control on the go.

2. myACCESS User

Key Features:

  • Must be used in combination with an active myACCESS Device subscription.
  • Grants the user the ability to initiate a secure VPN connection using the official myACCESS app (available only for Windows OS).
  • Once connected, the user gains:
    • Access to DataTalk devices remotely.
    • Full access to other devices in the same local network.
    • Capability to update/upload programs to PLCs.
    • Access to IP cameras, servers, and other networked hardware.

System Requirements

  • MyACCESS User functionality requires the installation of the MyACCESS Windows application.
  • A stable internet connection is needed on the device side to maintain the VPN tunnel.

myACCESS enables secure, encrypted, and flexible access to industrial environments, offering both monitoring and full operational control from anywhere in the world—without the need for complicated port forwarding or static IPs.
